Neil, Your label NEIN is known in many parts of the electronic music scene, can you tell us a little bit about it, where the idea, vision name and idea came from.
Me and Ian Considine decided to start Nein in 2013 as Ian was friends with a band that he wanted to help put some music and i looked at it as a chance to release some of my own projects and have a bit more control...it just snowballed from there, the kinda music i wanted to play, were also the things that Sean Johnston and Andy Weatherall were playing at ALFOS...i wanted to release things in that vein....the label has definitely evolved from that in the last few years...maybe a darker more ebm vibe has crept in, but that's the kind of sound i play more of when i dj so as i'm the only a&r for the label that's gonna be reflected in what i sign and make.
